Question by Luky ducker: What are the dimensions of my laptop DVD drive?
I have recently purchased an Acer laptop. I would like to replace the SATA DVD-CD drive with a Blu-Ray reader + CD/DVD writer.
The information under “Technique Data” labels my drive as “Matshita DVD-RAM UJ8A0AS”. I can not find the dimensions for this drive as I want to appropriately know the height of the replacement size.
The SATA hard drive I replaced in the laptop was 9.5mm height. Possibly this is the identical?
