acer aspire 5534 ( not 5532 ) first battery life ( 2 .5 hours ) video edit 30 min and dvd playing the rest. sony vegas 6 runs nice install the cd version original let the sony make changes ( yes) notebook is excellent athlon 2 running win 7 fast . excellent and very organized operating system. sony vegas 6 runs great very happy. ( I had the cpu runing at 100 percent for 2 hours today it kept cool ) the botton does get warm . so I put a chill pad on it . running at 100 percent it has a cooling fan built in tool. the screen is very clear and nice colors. 350 dollars at walmart . windows 7 home 64 verion.! it is excellent fast and efficient . sd hc reads sony pro read that is what I use. use a sony h2 for video and kodak 712 pictures installed microsoft works word procesor, has a cd eject button ! the hard drive is fast ( even at 5400 ) it is faster that my 7200 in my older system. ata drive. *** it is amazing sound quality on this computer *** much improved !! I looked a older model and the sound was lowsy. the 5534 is nice. ( not supper loud ) but good enough . and remember all cds and dvds have different volume . dvd from store do to. played a dvd today wide screen ( wow) and also ( regular screen ) colors are very nice .and it is a ( shinny screen ) very nice I like it. ( multi touch is nice ) can make objects larger and smaller. like the windows 7 ( screen split !) run 2 prgrams side by side . any question just ask. this is what I need to get the video from mov to mp2 …
